SITE VISIT & JOB PROPOSAL:
When you contact RDU Paving, we will assign an estimator who will contact you and visit your job site or review your job plans in order to fully comprehend your job scope. After the initial meeting or phone call, our estimator will provide you with a detailed proposal. Depending on the size and scope of project, the estimator will include job site photos and an aerial view to better detail our proposed plan. Our project proposal will meticulously detail each component of your project and the cost for each. RDU Paving frequently presents our pavement proposals and plans to Homeowner Associations, residential customers, and commercial customers. As a result of our detailed explanations and proposals, these customers instill their trust in us to complete their job to the highest quality and within the set budget. Whether your job is small or large, RDU Paving will provide you with premier customer service and experienced paving professionals.
PROJECT SCHEDULING:
When scheduling your project, a project manager will work closely with you, detailing the proposed course of action. We keep you up-to-date with your job every step of the way. We typically send progress pictures throughout the day to keep customers in the loop. This gives our customers confidence that their job is being completed exactly according to the specifications. If your project has multiple phases, we will outline this with maps and coordinate with other property owners if necessary.
PROJECT COMPLETION:
At the end of your project, we can schedule a walk-through to ensure that all aspects of your project have been completed to your satisfaction. RDU Paving goes above and beyond when constructing your project. For all projects, we perform a thorough clean up to remove any construction debris. At completion of residential driveway projects, we will backfill the edges of your driveway as well as seed and straw.
